“Life and Love” the secret to enjoying life and love is realizing that pain and loss is a part of life and love. You cannot have one without the other. They are all components of the same. Life begins with the pain of child birth and it ends with the loss of our loved ones from this world when they leave and go home, and in between are all the wonderful moments of life and love. To experience a gr…eat and deep love affair, one must take great risks and accept that one day the love affair will end and we will “seem to lose” the one we love. Sometimes that happens because of a breakup, divorce or death, but it matters not how we lose, but that loss and sadness is part if the package of love. Very rarely do two people who are deeply in love live a lifetime together and die at the exact same moment. Someone always leaves first. True happiness and joy in life and love requires that we accept that as part of the bliss of love is also often the pain of disapointment or loss, that you cannot have happiness in life without painful moments, they are unavoidable. It is our choice though, how long we choose to wallow in the pain and focus on the loss. Love is a part of life, death is a part of life, pain is a part of life…once you accept that, you can begin to enjoy life and love. Pain is a part of life and also a indicator and result of a great, deep and meaningful love. Finding happiness in life and love, requires us to do one very simple, but very important thing…it requires that we continue to open our heart, over and over again inspite of that fact.
